Following recent positive feedback, we are trialling a Frensham Monthly League in February (Sunday 01.02 to Saturday 28.02.26 incl.)
Anyone can enter and you just buy your tickets on-line as usual to suit you.
The basic rules are:
- Unlimited visits permitted within the date range
- 3 prizes (1st, 2nd, 3rd) for most fish caught and in the net, but they must be photographed
- Any fly type, all barbless hooks of course
- Any trout species (including wild brownies (which must be returned), but not any random course fish), in any lake count
- Best 2 separate visit returns are added together at the end of the month
- To comply with the current rules, a maximum of 8 C&R plus the bag (C&K on the ticket), can count towards the total for each of the 2 best visits
Its entirely up to you, but if you submit returns during the course of the month (which can be superseded by subsequent better returns), we will publish end-of-week running League Tables………………..
